The hotel was occupied for a huge part of our renovations, so disruption was kept to a minimum during the 2-month renovation.

Our team worked tirelessly to redevelop the bar area as well as the relocation and brand-new in-house kitchen. The reception area, public toilets and dining room were renovated to a high standard, ensuring the project was completed with a contemporary and stylish finish.

SB4 Construction were appointed to deliver the refurbishment of the front externals, convert some major openings and create a new Lobby, Restaurant, Bar and kitchen.

The project was over two months and completed for Morgans Holdings the owners of the famous Park lodge Hotel in Aberystwyth.

Initially consulting and working with the interior designer Design house wales and the architect BR Architecure, SB4 quickly took the reigns of co-ordinating and collaborating the key sub cintractors and became the principal contractor.
