SB4 Construction are nearing completion on a development of 7 new high-specification industrial units, having been appointed mid-way through the planning stages to lead the technical design and value engineering of the scheme. Working closely alongside the previously appointed planning consultants, our team seamlessly integrated into the process — bringing construction expertise and commercial insight to shape the project from design through to delivery.

A solar array has also been incorporated, providing occupants with on-site renewable energy generation and the opportunity to meaningfully reduce their operational carbon footprint and energy costs.
