SB4 Construction brings consultancy, pre-construction and delivery together. Our role begins before work starts on site: understanding what the client wants to achieve, testing whether the proposal is right and building a clear route through design, budget, programme and procurement.
From there, our project, contract and site managers coordinate the people, information and work needed to deliver. The result is a joined-up service that can support a project from the earliest concept through construction and final handover, from RIBA Stage 1 to RIBA Stage 7 where the appointment requires it.
