Aberystwyth

This marks our third project with Morgans Holdings, involving the major refurbishment of a Grade II listed building to create 21 luxury apartments. The scope includes the careful removal of a large rear wall and significant structural reinforcement to preserve and support the building, all carried out with respect to its historic features.

We’re proud to be partnering with Design House Wales on the interior design, bringing a high-end, contemporary finish that complements the building’s character.
